What this website collects
When you send the contact form or the consultation request, the website receives the details you enter: your name, email address, country, city or time zone (consultation requests), the service you are interested in and your message. The website also records the time of sending and the country your connection appears to come from, and briefly processes your IP address to limit abuse of the forms.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts, maps or other content from third-party services.
How your details are used
Your details are used only to reply to your inquiry, to arrange a consultation and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you ask for. They are not sold and are not used for marketing.
Family and genealogical information
Citizenship and genealogy work involves information about family members, some of whom may be living. Such information is used only for the research or application you have requested and is shared with authorities, archives or team members only where the work requires it.
Where data is stored and for how long
Form submissions are kept in the website’s private inbox, hosted by Cloudflare, until the practice deletes them. Replies are sent by email (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Union. [Retention periods to be confirmed.]
